Hello! Im Kassie Foster and i’m the owner of the online boutique Cherie Belle Boutique. To get to know a little about me, I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Im a family oriented person and a huge dog lover! I have a very sassy Weiner dog named Asher. He has a mind of his own and is very independent! His top 3 things he loves is his mama, Balls and his grandma. He loves to talk back but does it in the cutest way possible. Over the years, I’ve found myself switching up my job careers often. I always thought I needed to have my life figured out once I turned 21. Im now 25 and finally figuring out what drives me to be motivated and what makes me happy, career wise. I always knew I was suppose to be my own boss one day just never knew when. Working for different businesses throughout the years, I always found myself working in retail and always loving it. It wasn’t til my last job when I really dived into finding my own personal style and loved helping other women find what they love and what makes them feel beautiful inside and out. One thing I love about fashion is that there are so many different styles constantly becoming a trend. There’s never just one style trending. There are so many factors that go into fashion. What’s trending currently, what colors are trending, what style best fits you and your personality, the list goes on. I want all women to feel beautiful in their own skin and not hide their beauty. I feel what you wear gives you more power in the world to be the best version of yourself and to help women make their dreams become a reality. My goal with owning my online boutique is to Help women feel more confident when their nervous about an interview, first date, or even just going to the grocery store. When people feel confident in what they wear they will feel more confident in what they are doing outside of the house. When I was a kid, I loved going to the mall with my friends and dressing up just to walk around. We loved looking our best even as kids just to walk around the mall. I always had confidence issues, but as soon as I put on a great outfit, I would be ready to conquer the world. I want women to explore their femininity with the perfect outfit for any occasion.
Returns
If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with our Return Policy. Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity. Any products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Any products that are resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

- The item was originally delivered to a domestic address and is being returned from within the country.
- The item is being returned within 14 days and in accordance with our Return Policy.
- If you return products that are ineligible for returns with products that are eligible for returns, we may deduct the postage costs for the ineligible products from your refund amount in accordance with our general Return Policy.
- We can't accept returns delivered by hand.
