How do I know what size I am?
We are committed to assisting you in finding the perfect fit. Kassie is available to provide personalized sizing advice, styling tips, and to address any inquiries you may have regarding our products. Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Do you price adjust?
To initiate a price adjustment on your recent purchase, please note that we allow a 2-day window from the date of the original sale to make any necessary adjustments. If you would like to explore this option, please email kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com and our team will be happy to assist you with the process.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize for the oversight that occurred during the packing process. To initiate a return for a full refund or exchange, please reach out to us via email at kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com. Thank you for your understanding.
What items are final sale?
All items listed under the 'Sale' tab are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you have ordered an item from the sale section and need to exchange it for a different size, please contact us at kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com and we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
I placed an order online and I haven’t received my conformation email. What do I do?
For a copy of your confirmation, please reach out to kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com. Additionally, we recommend checking your junk folder for any emails that may have been misdirected.

How can I contact you?
You may contact us via email Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM for a same-day response. Please note that inquiries received after 3:00 PM may not receive a response until the following business day. Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, except in cases of urgent matters.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

How do I know when my package has shipped and on it’s way?
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided. Please note that once the package has been handed over to the USPS carrier, we relinquish control over it. Cherie Belle Boutique is not liable for any issues that may arise with packages after they have been dispatched from our facility.
I spent over $100 for free shipping. Why am I still seeing a shipping fee?
Please ensure that the free shipping code (FREE) is applied at checkout to benefit from the discount. Kindly note that only one discount code may be used per transaction.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What do I do?
Please note that if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, please contact us immediately at kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com. We will make every effort to update the address before processing and shipping your order. However, please be aware that changes to the shipping address cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible once processing has commenced.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you have not contacted us immediately after placing your order and it has already been processed and dispatched, we regret to inform you that changes cannot be made. To proceed with a cancellation, please email kassief@cheriebelleboutique.com as soon as possible. If your order is shipped prior to your email notification, you will be responsible for receiving the order.
What is the return timeframe?
Items with the original tags still attached that remain unworn and unwashed may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of the shipped items.
I sent back my return. How long do I wait to get my refund?
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed for a refund upon its arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
